They are a reminder of the Trechtingshausen winegrowers' fleet, which made winegrowing on the right bank of the Rhine possible. At times, the fleet included more than 50 barges. The barge on the banks of the Rhine was donated by the family of the former mayor Ferdinand Collerius (1900-1974) and is located on the banks of the Rhine south of the railroad underpass to Rathausstraße.
